Return/Shipping/Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with anything you receive from us. You may return any Yarn Shop purchase in its original condition for a full refund. Please note that wound yarn or sale items cannot be returned. Postage is your responsibility unless it was our error. Our open return policy is a good reason to hang on to your receipt. There is no time limit on returned items.

The refund amount will be credited back to the credit card used for the original transaction or a store credit will be given. No returns or exchanges are given on patterns, books or accessory items.

 

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt unless something is not available. Customer will be notified within 48 hours of any back-order or problem with shipping order in a timely fashion.

Orders will be shipped using either U.S. Priority Mail or UPS.

Local Pickup is also an option for those who live in the city or surrounding areas. Please note it in the comments at checkout.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us to cancel an order prior to shipment. If cancellation of an order is required, and the order has already been processed, the order can be returned unopened for a full refund. If the package has been opened, the standard Return Policy applies.
