Appalachian Baby Designs - Christmas Stocking Kit - Stripes and Garland

Our Stripes and Garlands stocking is a holiday classic.  This pattern has a section for a monogram and an alphabet schematic is included.

This pattern is suitable for knitters comfortable with stranded knitting. The stocking is knitted circularly from the toe up.

Length Approximately 20"
Circumference: Approximately 13"
Gauge: 23 sts and 26 rnds = 4" in charted pattern, blocked
Needles: Size US 6 (4mm) double-pointed needles (set of 5)
Notions: Locking stitch markers. Contrasting color waste yarn for afterthought heel

Care Instructions: Hand-wash gently in lukewarm water using a mild (bleach free) detergent. Block stocking and lay flat to dry.
